✨ Modern Mission Viejo Style — Built for Everyday Life

Dark hardwood. Light carpet. Beautiful contrast.

This recent Mission Viejo installation showcases Shaw Cathedral Hill II in Cement, bringing a sophisticated designer touch to a stair runner, hallway, and bedroom.

The soft, neutral Cement color works beautifully with the dark hardwood stairs, while the subtle dual-sized loop pattern adds texture and dimension without overwhelming the clean lines of the home. Finished with carefully serged edges, the stair runner has the tailored appearance of a custom-designed detail rather than simply an afterthought.

🏡 Designer Looks. Real-World Performance.

Cathedral Hill II is made with 100% ANSO® High Performance Nylon—a smart choice for Southern Orange County homes where style has to keep up with everyday life.

Nylon is particularly well suited for high-traffic areas like stairs and hallways because of its durability and ability to maintain its appearance under repeated use. With a 25.3 oz. face weight and loop construction, this carpet provides a comfortable feel while delivering the performance homeowners expect from a quality flooring investment.

And with R2X® stain treatment, everyday spills and messes are easier to manage.

🤍 A Neutral That Works Almost Anywhere

Cement is the kind of versatile neutral that makes interior design easier. It complements dark wood, white trim, warm furnishings, contemporary décor, and the natural textures that are so popular in today’s Orange County homes.

Whether your home leans modern, coastal, transitional, or traditional, Cathedral Hill II provides a sophisticated foundation without competing with the rest of the room.
