Comfortable carpet floor

So if, right now, wood looks are all the rage, does that mean that the carpet is dead? I mean, to be frank, all of us here in the world of flooring were wondering. Flooring is going through a revolution somewhat and producers either need to adapt or risk being left behind.

Carpet has felt like our favorite TV show for the last few years, leaving us on a cliffhanger, and OMG, what if this is the last season?! But, in 2021, I believe we have a response.

The carpet is like all the Netflix shows you know. It’s going to continue for several more seasons and, let’s be honest, it’s probably never going to end. They’re just going to keep introducing new characters, pulling you into exciting new surprises that you’ve never seen coming.

The world of flooring is going through its own technical boom, just as with anything else. It began with hard surface floors and the amazing images they were able to produce to imitate natural materials using laminate, vinyl and even tile.

Right now, carpet could look like hardwood or natural stone. Umm, that would look really odd. To their benefit, carpet producers use technology to develop never-before-seen designs and new features that are jaw-dropping. Hint: They can make carpets that are 100 % waterproof now! Cool, huh?

So, hang yourself high. Some unbelievable ideas, looks, textures, and more are packed with the 2021 carpet trends.

2021 Trends to keep an eye out for.

A darker blue Naval color, the new black proper for creating elegant and contemporary spaces.

Light woods for material for interiors will not only be good for flooring but also for covering walls and ceilings.

Lightwoods in its raw color and aesthetic will be a highlight for multipurpose spaces. A nature accent with a tactile design trend of 2021.

A decor trend based in bringing nature to our homes. Natural and organic materials strongly decorated to remind us of the exterior life, creating mixed interiors with nature.
