We couldn’t be happier working with Saddleback Carpet & Flooring for our new floor installation. They have a wide variety of styles and finishes to choose from at a competitive price. More importantly, Jerry, Erika, and Lizette were very responsive and on top of the process ensuring I was aware of the status and next steps. Benjamin and the installation team did a fantastic job from prep to finish. The job was done correctly and expeditiously.
I got separate quotes from Floor and Decor and Home Depot that were comparable in overall price for the job, but I would highly recommend anyone looking for new flooring to start at Saddleback and save yourself some time. The customer service, project management, and quality of the install job were excellent.

Recently had Saddleback Carpet and Flooring install new carpet and engineered wood flooring in our house. The entire experience was exceptionally good. Jerry Lorito, the owner, and Erika Chavez, the chief administrator, were knowledgeable, very honest, and continuously interested in ensuring our unique circumstances were met. They have an extensive selection of all hard surface (vinyl, tile, laminate, engineered, and solid) and carpet to choose from. If you find something that they don’t exhibit or carry, they can still get it. Their prices are very competitive and they are willing to negotiate, a little! They give an easily understandable estimate of the amount of materials, time to install, and cost. Once you have signed a contract, they proved to be timely with the receipt of materials and a schedule to install. Our wait was about 10 days, but often it is much less. The rubber meets the road during installation, since if your new flooring is not installed right it ruins the whole experience. Ensure you faithfully complete the pre-installation checklist, as the installation will go very smoothly if you do. We had a separate carpet crew and a wood flooring crew. Both pairs of installers were very experienced, showed up on time, and worked very hard, to well after normal quitting time, if needed. They use quality installation materials (such as carpet padding, glue strips, wood floor glue, etc.). They take the time in preparation to ensure the product will fit and install correctly. If any issues arise during and after installation, Jerry ensures they are addressed quickly and correctly. Bottom line, Jerry and the entire team at Saddleback Carpet and Flooring can be counted on to do things right and to the customer’s satisfaction. They are highly recommended and are deserving of your business.

Can I give 10 stars??? We needed to replace our carpet as our old carpet was 7+ years old and we were a little lax with protection when painting our walls. We got some quotes from some local places but when Jerry called to confirm our measurement appointment, I texted my husband that we should go with them no matter what. It was so worth it! From the initial interaction to the final product, the customer service, experience, perfectionism, and professionalism was above & beyond. Overall a flawless experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them for anyone who has flooring needs in Orange County! Plus our dogs liked them 🙂

So my wife and I walked into Saddleback Carpet back in November to look at Carpet, We worked with Jerry the Sales Person there and he went over several different styles of carpet with us, explaining all the benefits and warranties ,My wife and I informed him that we did visit another showroom near him and we did find a carpet that we liked called Mohawk
Jerry told us that though he doesn’t showcase the Mohawk Carpet that he could get it. Well we left Jerry’s showroom with a couple of sample boards he gave us to take home, After a few days my wife and I decided the Mohawk carpet was a better fit for our new home, Well we signed a contract with Saddleback Carpet and the new carpet was installed on Dec 20 just in time before we moved our family into our new home. Fast forward to this Tuesday when I sent some pictures to Saddleback Carpet letting them know that we feel there’s something wrong with our new carpet, That same day we received a call from Jerry asking when he can come out and look at the issues we’re having. I’m attaching pics so you can see that there’s definitely something wrong with our carpet
So Jerry came out today and took a bunch more pics and went thru the entire claim process and what we should be expecting from Mohawk
This is not our first home so we’ve had many experiences with contractors and they weren’t all pleasant for my wife and I. Though we don’t know what the outcome will be with Mohawk Jerry told my wife and I that he agrees after coming out and seeing the carpet in person that there’s something wrong for sure. He said he’s 100% on our side and he will fight to have Mohawk come up with a resolution, Just having Jerry explain everything so thoroughly made my wife and I feel extremely confident that he has our back…..I’ll have to update my post once everything gets resolved but I got to say that the service we feel we’re getting from Saddleback Carpet is something that should be mirrored throughout all businesses and we would highly recommend this company to anyone we know looking for flooring

FIVE STARS!!! Professional, competent, and trust worthy! A diamond in the rough of companies and contractors just looking to get a quick buck. My first choice for flooring FOREVER! Jerry and his team have been the most professional and most reliable team that we have worked with in ANY home project (we’ve had dozens since moving into our first home 4 years ago). We had new carpet installed in 3 rooms and Jerry was outstanding. After a repair team botched a section after water damage repair, I called Jerry and he helped me get it fixed within a week. Will always recommend going with Saddleback!

We were in a bind and unable to find stair nosings that matched the floor we bought from another store, Jerry helped us find a match and got them ordered and delivered within a couple days! Jerry and Erika were absolutely wonderful to work with. Jerry helped me save THOUSANDS of dollars and probably ended up with such a better quality of flooring for my entire home. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to get everything done. From grabbing samples a couple of times to getting booked during a time that worked for me. The installation couldn’t have gone better and their instal teams were incredible. They were all super kind and very respectful of my space. They knew a time constraint I had to ensure I could have a livable room for my daughter and I so we didn’t need to leave the house and they made it happen. It truly turned out better than I could have imagined!

I highly recommend Saddleback Carpet and Flooring. They did a great job installing new carpet upstairs, luxury vinyl flooring (LVF) downstairs and refacing of my old brick fireplace with stacked stone. It all looks beautiful!
The owner, Jerry, was fantastic from start to end. He is very detailed which I like. He came to my house numerous times to check on the progress. He responded quickly to any questions that I had. His crew members were really good too. They even finished a little earlier than planned.
I had a great experience with Saddleback Carpet and I would use them again in a flash if I had to do it all over again.

Jerry and his team did an amazing job installing LVP and tile throughout our recently bought home. Jerry is very thorough, explained everything to us and got started as quickly as possible. He was always on time and quick to respond.
This was our first time doing any sort of update on a home and I felt so out of my depth. Jerry took the time to explain the differences in floorings, how LVP is installed, what to look for when deciding on a floor, and more. He ended up saving us about $3500 right before he was set to install by showing us how swapping our choice in LVP to a different brand that had identical pattering and color.
I would recommend this flooring company to anyone looking for new floors

I had luxury vinyl flooring installed with Saddleback flooring. Jerry was so warm and knowledgeable from beginning to end. He was very detailed with every step of the job. We went to the store, met with a very nice gentleman who guided us through the process of selecting vinyl flooring. Jerry came out, measured our house & scheduled the install for the very next week. Crew arrived when stated, on time & proceeded to do an amazing job. They not only did a great job, but actually finished ahead of schedule, which is unheard of in this day & time! They did a great job of cleaning up & we could not be more pleased with our whole experience. The crew was very pleasant & Jerry followed up to be sure everything was as it should be. Definitely will use again for our next project.

After shopping for a year and getting estimates from 6 vendors, we were sold on working with Saddleback Carpet & Flooring. Jerry came to our house to measure and he explained every part of the job in detail, giving us a level of confidence we hadn’t felt with any other provider. We needed new flooring and baseboards in every room of the house and were working on a budget, so that kind of confidence was essential.
Saddleback’s team of 4 workers, led by Benjamin, arrived on a Monday to demo the existing baseboards, carpet, vinyl and tile. By Thursday afternoon, we had beautiful new LVP flooring throughout the first floor of the house. The crew arrived by 8:30 every morning and worked till 5:30 or 6 till the job was done. They were courteous and incredibly highly skilled. The workmanship is stunning. Benjamin was a terrific team leader.
The following Monday, the carpet layers arrived and carpeted all bedrooms and hallway upstairs. They finished carpeting the stairs the following day and did a great job cleaning up. Again, great workmanship.
Saddleback’s price was not the lowest among the 6 bids we received, but the workmanship and responsiveness, as well as the confidence they gave us on this job made a few extra dollars worth it.
I’m a very picky consumer when it comes to home renovation, and I have not found a single flaw in these floors. I highly recommend Saddleback Carpet & Flooring.

Saddleback Flooring installed carpet and vinyl flooring in our home.
Sales staff were informative and very helpful to make recommendations, and were not pushy or overbearing. Samples were also borrowed with no urgency to return.
Pricing was reasonable and the end product was exception all around.
The carpet install team worked quickly, did an excellent installation, and took extra steps to work as neat as possible over the brief days they were on-site. Because of Saddleback’s professionalism and quality of work, we hired them again to install 1,200′ of vinyl flooring.
I was even more impressed with the vinyl floor install team how they worked again quickly and paid exceptional attention to detail leveling the floor, installing a consistent fit to all walls, and accurately making minimal cuts needed for the vinyl flooring installation. I have zero complaint and was 100% pleased. Jerry the owner was on-site at the beginning of the vinyl flooring install and checked in as well. He is detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. His on-site project coordinator Benjamin was exceptional as well. Benjamin took time to explain how the install work was to be executed, stayed on-site the entire install time, did install work himself, and all details he explained were executed with great quality. I pay considerable attention to detail, and will use Saddleback again, no doubt. All companies should aspire to provide the level of customer service and installation quality Saddleback Flooring has exhibited.

Jerry and his crew are a pleasure to work with. They gave us multiple flooring options to choose from and when we decided on one, we got a fair price. Even a year later, when a small seam appeared, Ben and his crew were dispatched and not only repaired the seam but made sure the entire for looked uniform. Ben, their installer, takes pride in his work and will take good care of you. We will use Saddleback Flooring for all our flooring needs.

We recently had Saddleback Carpet & Flooring remove our carpeting and kitchen vinyl flooring in our upstairs condo and upgrade to Luxury Vinyl Planks.
Underneath the old floor was not level and required several bags
of self leveling cement.
The installation was completed in 3 days. It turned out great!

We got all new flooring in our house. Saddleback Carpet & Flooring had a great price, availability of product, and their customer service is beyond reproach! They finished the job early and went above and beyond to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. We ended up using them to install new door casings throughout the house. We had all our upstairs redone with luxury vinal. The project was scheduled for 5 days but the hard working crew got it done in 3. They handled the moving of the furniture and were vary attentive in letting me know problems they were encounting so I was aware of every detail of the installation. Even during our walk through at the end they were attentive in touching up scratches on the furniture that sometime are impossible to prevent during their movement. I was very content on the results. I highly recommend their service.

If you are looking for new flooring, don’t bother going anywhere else. I priced out flooring from 3 showrooms, and Saddleback Carpet and Flooring won hands down on price, customer service, knowledge and professionalism. We were impressed with everyone we interacted with, from Jerry and his showroom team to Benjamin and the install team. And best of all the end result is outstanding!! The workmanship was on point and we are absolutely in love with our new LVP floors, we feel like we have a brand new house!

Using Saddleback Carpet & Flooring and working with Jerry and his fantastic team was the best decision we ever made when it came time to remodel our home. From the moment we walked into the showroom we were met with a warm greeting, followed by a bit of floor education and were finally presented with carefully selected samples to take home. Once we decided on a material and finish we had an in-home consultation and estimate, and decided to move forward on a complete flooring replacement with LVP.
To say that the installation team was met with many unique challenges was an understatement. The previous homeowners had presented us with various curveballs, and Jerry and his team were there at every step to offer recommendations and guidance. In a time where even finding a contractor to even get a quote for a simple job is difficult, it was SO refreshing to work with Jerry and his trustworthy team every step of the way.
The entire team took great care of our space and worked tirelessly to achieve results day in and day out. Along the way we also decided to upgrade various fixtures and plumbing, which they were happy to accommodate as part of the process. After our floors were done we were really taken back at how they transformed the look of our home.
We were so pleased with the floors and workmanship that we also decided to use Saddleback to update our kitchen counters. The process could not have been smoother and I appreciated all of the recommendations and input that Jerry provided, as I was guided towards picking out the perfect set of slabs.

Jerry’s team did a great job installing new carpet in 2 bedrooms, the living room and back staircase. The installation team arrived on time and were very professional. The only surprise was that it was supposed to be a one day job, but the installers informed me it would take them two days. Luckily, that worked out okay with my schedule. Jerry is the man! He really helped us decide what carpet we wanted to put in our new home. We really weren’t thrilled on installing carpet but we decided that was what was going to be best. Jerry came out right on time, gave us suggestions (even gave us a less expensive/permanent option for stair runners that wasn’t through him), which instilled more trust in him.
We still couldn’t decide on a brand or color but Jerry was patient in figuring out what made most sense to us. He even let us take the samples home so we could see it real time in our house. Once we decided, he reached out to the manufacturers immediately to make sure we could get the carpet in as soon as possible.
To say he made the process much easier and less stressful is an understatement. The installation looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with having carpet. Thank you Jerry for being so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend him over and over again for excellent customer service and quality of installation!

Jerry and Saddleback Flooring are unbelievable! Jerry and his team installed new vinyl laminate flooring in our entire house with precision installation, especially with the very tricky staircase we have with a couple difficult angles, and during a pandemic last year. We then had a slab leak recently a little over a year later. About half the flooring downstairs needed to be replaced and of course matched. Slab leak fixed. Repipe done. Here we are now being told that due to supply issues, with pretty much everything including our exact flooring, we’ll have no flooring and a big space in our kitchen and family room with concrete flooring with us doing Thanksgiving at our house! The restoration and insurance companies said no way it will be done by Thanksgiving and could take weeks or months. I called Jerry and told him our predicament with the hope he could help. He answered his cell phone on one ring. After I told him the story, he literally within one day tracked down our flooring, and in another state, none in CA, arranged shipment, coordinated payment with our restoration company and insurance company, flooring arrived at his shop and then he personally delivered it today so it will now be installed and finished before Thanksgiving! Who in the world drops what they’re doing to do all that? What can you say about a guy like that? Sure, their work is first rate, but that level of service is way beyond what anyone would ever expect. I thought I treated my patients excellent. And I do. Jerry just raises the bar even higher.

Jerry and his team were phenomenal!!! Absolutely top notch communication. Makes you feel like you are a VIP client. Included some before and after pictures but he brought some sad pre-existing kitchen and bathroom to life!!! We have a quirky design aesthetic and they nailed it! Jerry’s team did the counters, sink install, farmhouse sink, and the backsplash. He came highly recommended by Gary from Gary Esposito Resurfacing that did my cabinet resurface work and I am so glad I went with Jerry! Together they are a power house! Honest, punctual, fair, and all about customer service. Mindful of social distancing. Highly recommend!

Jerry and his team are my go-to carpet and flooring people! Choosing flooring is easy with their expert help and the selections available are really great. Pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is always wonderful. It’s a pleasure doing business with people like this.
I’ve had two condos re-carpeted, vinyl plank flooring installed and they even helped me out with a small carpet repair after a water leak and fixed floor tiles that a tenant broke.
The carpet layers are amazing – polite, efficient and you can’t find a seam anywhere when they’re done.

This was our first time redoing our floors. We shopped around and had home consultations with a few companies. Jerry was the only one that could answer all of our questions, and boy did we have a lot of them! The estimates we’re accurate and delivered to us quickly. He took care of arranging the plumbing work that needed to be done with the job as well. They were super responsive through the entire process and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Don’t know when we’ll need him again but so glad we’ve found someone we l can always count on for the future.

That weekend we just happened to be out and about and we stopped in at another carpet store and fortunately for us (not so much for Saddleback Carpet) the store we went in to just happened to have the same carpet already in stock and on clearance. Trust me when I say that If the price was just a little under I would have still went with Saddleback, but because they were clearing it out of their warehouse it was a “cannot pass up deal”
I do want to reiterate that Saddleback’s service as well as pricing is very competitive, this just happened to be a one off. I felt It was important for me to make sure I gave Jerry and Lisette (the super sweet young lady working in the store) a shout out for showing so much patience and kindness to my wife and I. We had Carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) installed. This is the 4th time that we have had carpet installed in one of our homes and by far, the highest quality installation.
Lizethe helped in many ways to work with us to choose a good carpet and LVT. Jerry (owner) came out for the measure and showed us all of the different options for install with our configuration. He talked about the pros and cons of each option.
The crews were excellent, polite and clean. They asked and answered many questions so that we got the perfect install with the least amount of carpet seams. Every corner, edge, border, and roll over looks great. Our LVT is gorgeous too. It is snug against our walls and a great random pattern, so that no repeats stand out.

Jerry the owner is amazing to work with. He drove an hour from his office to our new house to match wood flooring Within an hour of scheduling. He did this when we were concerned about a health issue in our daughters room with the carpeting. He got us started immediately. We are not new to Saddlebacks carpet and flooring. They also matched our previous homes carpet flooring perfectly. But my review is overdue. He genuinely cares about his customers and their families. And more importantly; his teams of employees who actually work in your home are very honest and nice. Aside from hard working ! I keep this company as my go to for flooring and you should also!

Saddleback Carpet & Flooring recently completed installing carpets in our 3000 sq ft home. They did an outstanding job throughout the bedrooms, family room, bathrooms, living room and dining room. There team did a very professional job and were very courteous. They moved a lot of furniture with no damage.
I would highly recommend them for either tile or carpet installation (our son had them do a large tile install which looks great.)
Jerry and Lizethe are also easy to work with during the planning and setup phase.

My wife Jean and I are thoroughly and completely satisfied with the work that Jerry of Saddleback performed on a very difficult Flooring problem. It wasn’t just flooring it was a slab that was seeping moisture, as well. Our hardwood floor had severely deteriorated and extensive mold had grown over nearly 50% of our 650 square foot living room- dining room floor. Jerry and his crew took numerous moisture readings and helped us focus on the root cause. Jerry was firm in not wanting to proceed unless long term solutions could be found. They took several corrective and mitigating actions and finally completed what turned out to be a magnificent and beautiful floor. We will forever be grateful for his persistence, the high quality of his expert crew, the results, his expert knowledge, honesty, and reasonable cost.

Saddleback Carpet installed carpet in my home. The process was super quick and super easy! I was able to bring big books of samples home to show my husband. When Jerry came to measure the next day, he took the samples back with him. They ordered my carpet and installed right when it came in- white carpet with a lifetime guarantee to not stain! If only every home improvement company were like Jerry, Lisenthe and Saddleback Carpet. I came to Jerry on a strong recommendation as I am very leary of hiring any home improvement company due to horror stories about most of them. Jerry’s teams are extremely professional and know exactly what they are doing. No fudging. Jerry and his employees treated me like I was an important customer from the minute I walked into his store. I was looking for new vinyl flooring but agonizing about what brand and color to go with. Jerry and Rebecca were super patient as I spend weeks shuttling one sample after another to my home. Their patience during this process was hugely important because I would have made a bad decision had I felt rushed. I finally selected the sagres (dark brown wood=look) vinyl and couldn’t be happier. Jerry was extremely helpful throughout the process and came to my house several times to answer questions and offer advice. He was very flexible when I had to make a couple of last minute changes. Finally, Benjamin and his crew who installed the flooring were tremendous. They arrived on time every day and worked hard. They treated my home and belongings with respect and delicacy. Jerry and his team were so great with helping my wife and I navigate through an unfortunate slab leak that happened in our condo. Jerry’s experience and foresight were enough to persuade us to move away from tile and to luxury vinyl which looks and feels much better than we anticipated. I received several bids for installing vinyl flooring on our interior staircase and the upstairs portion of our home. Finally we connected the Jerry. He’s personable, professional and prompt. We had the task of trying to match a wood tile that was installed on the main floor. Jerry brought several samples none were quite right. Jerry and his team do great work. We purchased new luxury vinyl flooring for our downstairs and bathrooms, plush carpet for our stairs and second floor, along with all new baseboards. Their workmanship is very level. Jerry is very good at responding to any inquiries or questions. We love how everything turned out. It did take a bit longer than originally estimated as there was only one person doing the install. But if you communicate any deadlines properly, should not be an issue. Wow! Service with a smile! Easy! Great install! They even move furniture! We changed out our carpet for vinyl plank flooring and couldn’t be happier. As you can see from my account, I don’t do many Yelp reviews, but I was so pleased with Saddleback Flooring, I felt it necessary to let others know about this hidden gem.
Allow me to cut straight to the point: you will not regret working with these guys. They are the model of a company that’s truly dedicated to serving their clients with excellent service.
My wife and I went to a few shops where either the customer service was spotty, the time frame was too long, or the price was too high. When we walked into Saddleback Flooring, our whole family was received warmly by Jerry. He was present to answer any questions, but also gave my wife and I space to think and talk out options together. He was extraordinarily helpful, yet not pushy in the slightest. He even played around with our toddlers while my wife and I talked.
The various flooring options were numerous and we felt that there were lots of great choices to think about. As we were thinking, Michael walked in and introduced himself to us and offered further assistance and help as we needed. Both men were warm, experienced, and seemed honestly happy to serve us. We lamented that, being the holidays, other companies couldn’t have someone come out and measure until a week out or so. When I said that, Michael told me he could be at our place in 2 hours to measure and get us a final quote by the end of the day!
Later in the day after Michael did his measurement, we were ecstatic to find out the price (material and installation) was almost half of what Home Depot quoted us!
They ordered the flooring and had their crew out in 3 days working hard. Their workers were efficient, friendly, and obviously experienced. They did our whole home in about 4 days and we could not be happier with the final product.
Even more, Michael assured us that if anything did need repair or anything happened, they would be more than happy to come out and help.
All that to be said, in Saddleback Flooring our family was served with kindness and expertise. We honestly felt that the company put serving their clients above all else.
So, do yourself a favor and get all your flooring needs done here.

Would highly recommend Saddleback Carpet! Working with Michael and Jerry was great. I originally tried another company that I will not mention, and they never took the time to explain the different options of carpet and costs. They basically just told us to pick a carpet sample we liked and they will send someone out for a quote…that was it.
Then I stumbled upon Saddleback Carpet and Michael was very knowledgeable of the different carpet types and the padding they would use to make sure it would be within our budget. The original carpet we had picked out from the other comoany was a bit more expensive, but we had no idea since no one informed us. Saddleback Carpet was way more helpful and it saved us a few hundred dollars too! We are enjoying the new carpet and the padding we have is amazing, feels like you’re walking on pillows.

My wife and I have worked with our fair share of contractors and flooring companies throughout the years. In 2017 we decide to lay hardwood flooring up our stairs and in our upstairs hallway. This year we wanted to carry the hallway flooring into our master bedroom (about 220 square feet). Most jobs of this size are hard to find someone to do because there isn’t much of a profit margin in the work. But Saddleback Carpet was more than willing to complete the work and did it at a very reasonable price.
On the day of the installation, Benjamin and the install team arrived and were quick to remove the carpet and baseboards from the wall. But the work quickly stopped when the team discovered that the stain on the new wood purchased did no completely match with what had been laid down a year prior. So Benjamin and his team painstakingly went through each plank to find those that would create a seamless transition from the old stain to the new. Needless to say, we are more than pleased with the look of the flooring. And for added measure, they were incredibly meticulous in removing and reinstalling the baseboards that we just installed over a year ago.
Thanks again to Michael for accepting the job, Benjamin and the team for the great installation and patience when troubleshooting the problem, and Jerry for following up with a phone call after installation to make sure we were 100% happy with the job. Nice work gentlemen!

Just finished replacing about 2800 sq. ft. of flooring in my home with luxury vinyl, tile and carpet. The installers were great and courteous and the end result is fantastic! In a job of this size, something is likely to go wrong. I couldn’t be more impressed with Jerry, his service, recommendations and quality. I had 2,200 square feet of flooring installed in a 3 unit complex and three sets of kitchen cabinets. All came out absolutely beautiful. I’m now a customer of Saddleback for life.

Michael and Jerry were awesome! Their pricing was on point with our budget and they worked around our busy schedule to get our carpet installed! We absolutely love our new carpet and can’t wait to work with them again when we re-do the rest of our flooring.

Saddleback Carpet was wonderful to us!! We had an emergency where our condo rental required special cleaning and the carpet replaced. We called on a Monday and the job was completed beautifully the following day. Michael and Jerry were great to deal with as well. In a nutshell, Saddleback was fast, efficient, cost effective and did a great job. What more could you ask for!! Thank you Jerry and Michael!! We will be back!

We were shopping around for new flooring and kitchen counters and had talked to several stores before we were referred to Saddleback Carpet & Flooring. Michael came out to our home with some samples it was a breath of fresh air. He was polite, professional, and knowable. He worked with us to ensure that we stayed within our budget and their prices were very competitive. They started the job on time and finished the job on time. Their crews were excellent and did a great job. Jerry and Michael communicated very well throughout the whole process. Jerry even came out to our home after the flooring was installed and personally touched up the paint on the stairs where the new carpet was installed. That’s personal service! I highly recommend Saddleback Carpet & Flooring! Jerry and Michael are the real deal and you won’t find a better couple of guys to help you make your house look like new.

My wife and I just bought a new build property in Orange County and the design center was going to charge us an arm and a leg for the carpet, tile, and wood flooring for the house. We talked to Michael and Jerry and they let us know that we were being excessively overcharged.
Even before the house was finished, they drove out and measured the flooring areas even brought samples with them based on a conversation we had over the phone of the styles we were looking for. Michael educated us on the difference between manufactured wood, laminate, and other hardwood options and Jerry educated us on different styles of carpet based on our lifestyle and preferences; even pointing out that some carpets show vacuum marks and some don’t (my wife hates vacuum marks, so this was music to her ears). They even looked over some of our tile ideas and recommended some great options from Arizona Tile that matched our style for our backsplashes, showers, and bathroom floors.
Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but they took the time to go over all of the options to make sure that we were able to get the styles we wanted and keep the cost within our budget. Their pricing was less than half of what we would have been charged by the design center. Our home is finished next month and we can’t wait to have everything installed and enjoy our brand new home. Highly recommend this company!
