Jerry Lorito


Jerry Lorito brings over 30 years of Sales, Marketing and Operations experience. Jerry was responsible for creating and launching the first dedicated Tattoo Removal Laser Center in Orange County CA that quickly became the premier leader in Tattoo Removal Laser Treatments. In 2006 Jerry diversified the company by introducing additional cutting-edge laser technologies to perform Laser Hair Removal, Acne Removal and Skin Rejuvenation. He opened the second location in Corona CA in 2009. By the end of 2012 the company had treated over 19,000 patients generating over $8 Million in sales.

Jerry has always had a huge heart to help others so he implemented and managed referral programs with over 300 organizations and institutions, providing the vehicle for hundreds of less fortunate individuals to remove markings from their past and helped them to become normal members of their communities.

In 2013 Jerry took on the General Manager Position at The Grand Canyon West Rim where he oversaw all daily operations and implementation for the entire transportation infrastructure to meet the needs and maintain contractual agreement between Silver State Trailways and Grand Canyon West.

The operation grew from a few organic vehicles during the transition, to buying and moving 25 buses and motorcoaches to the GCW operation. This provided a challenge for training, maintenance support, safety and overall reliability. Within 8 months Jerry successfully recruited and trained over 30 Drivers, hired three Mechanics, built out a fully operational mechanic shop and hired six Bus washers to take care of the daily operations. Jerry worked extremely close with all State, Federal and Insurance regulations to ensure the company remains in compliance with all rules and regulations, as well as coordinating with DOT during all vehicle inspections.

With a clear understanding of what it takes to provide customers with the highest level of satisfaction, Jerry is extremely excited to partner with Michael to create the ultimate flooring experience for every home and business owner.

Michael Spencer


Michael Spencer is a true Mission Viejo Native. He grew up playing little league baseball for North Mission Viejo as well as pop warner football for the Bears and Eagles. Michael and his wife Melanie first met when they were 5 years old, they both went to O’Neil elementary, Los Alisos Jr High, and Trabuco Hills High School. Michael & Melanie finally tied the knot in 2015 and celebrated the birth of their first child Lincoln on December 10, 2016. Plans on extending the family are already in the works!!!!

Michael began his professional career at Nordstrom, where he quickly became the leading sales rep in the woman’s shoes department. With an extremely strong passion for sales Michael moved on to join the Irvine Company working as a leasing consultant. In this role Michael helped manage and oversaw an apartment community with over 500 units.

In 2009 Michael switched gears and decided to take on a Sales position in the flooring industry. He joined the Direct Carpet sales team, the #1 Flooring Store in Southern California, located in Mission Viejo, working in the showroom and supervising job sites. After 5 years in this position, Michael was approached by SHAW Industries, the leader in floor manufacturing, to take on the task of growing a territory that consisted of over 110 Flooring retail Stores.

Michael has been involved with a broad range of flooring projects, from residential homes to large commercial applications. His passion to work with the consumers motivated Michael to partner with Jerry to create a Flooring Retail Center that will clearly differentiate themselves from the rest of the industry.
