We had so many ups and downs in our process, Jerry and his team were there for all of it. Including the 100 phone calls, texts and emails they tolerated from us.
When our flooring choice was discontinued and we couldn’t get enough boxes for our project, we had to completely reschedule ~2 weeks before work was supposed to began. Jerry didn’t even question it, just made us comfortable in the fact that it happens and we’ll find something just as good if not better.
Like most homeowners we went to probably 5 different stores, trying out different samples before we found what we wanted. Including so many choices from Saddleback that we were able to bring home for a week to check in all lightings day & night (as recommended)
They let us do the work in phases so we don’t have to move out completely or stay in a hotel.
For the installation process, things come up that are add-ons to the cost, that’s expected. But they were so honest through the whole process including pricing, given rapidly increasing costs of construction - this is rare.
Then despite all the extra work, they were somehow done the whole project 2 days faster than we were told.We couldn’t be happier with our new floors care of Saddleback Carpet & Flooring!

Jerry and the team at Saddleback Carpet & Flooring are the BEST!! Great advice and great service. Mike & Mike who did the install did a superb job. I will absolutely use them again in the future and will not hesitate to refer them to my family and friends.

From the day I walked into their showroom and throughout the installation process Jerry and his crew were amazing. I would definitely recommend Saddleback Carpet and Flooring, as Jerry was always extremely professional and attentive, and his crew of installers did a wonderful job installing the Luxury Vinyl Plank floors in my Community Association Clubhouse.

Jerry and Erika were absolutely wonderful to work with. Jerry helped me save THOUSANDS of dollars and probably ended up with such a better quality of flooring for my entire home. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to get everything done. From grabbing samples a couple of times to getting booked during a time that worked for me. The installation couldn’t have gone better and their instal teams were incredible. They were all super kind and very respectful of my space. They knew a time constraint I had to ensure I could have a livable room for my daughter and I so we didn’t need to leave the house and they made it happen. It truly turned out better than I could have imagined!

Jerry has been PHENOMENAL starting from the first time I walked into his showroom to see the different types of flooring he carries. After doing lots of research, I decided to use Saddleback to redo all of the floors in my just-purchased home. Jerry has gone the extra mile to make sure I am pleased with every aspect of the work. Unlike some other business owners, he won't sell you something then leave the details to others; instead he shows up at the job site every day and remains deeply involved. The buck stops with him, and he knows it. He even sent me videos of the work in progress because I couldn't be there during the installation. Truly, my experience with Jerry and Saddleback Carpet & Flooring has been A+ from start to finish.

Jerry replaced our flooring throughout the house with luxury Vinyl. I can't say enough good things about working with Jerry and the whole team at Saddleback flooring! I got mulitple quotes on our floors and Jerry's price beat all of them! I am happy knowing my floors were installed correctly by his team. When we bought our first home, our agent recommended Saddleback for our flooring needs. We couldn’t be happier with the results! They replaced the carpet in every bedroom with a new, more modern carpet and the carpet on the staircase with marble tile. Jerry and his team were accommodating, professional, and did remarkable work. We are very satisfied with our new, beautiful floors.

Saddleback Carpet and Flooring did a phenomenal job removing carpet and installing Luxury Vinyl throughout our entire house. Not only does Jerry do great work, you can tell he genuinely loves his business and the products he sells. He doesn't try to persuade you in the direction of more expensive products, everything in his store is clearly marked with the price including installation, and without badmouthing the big-box stores or some of his competitors, he will be glad to tell you and show you why his products are better quality, and he will explain how his installation is different to ensure the best results and to ensure you get the proper warranty. Throughout the process, we had a lot of questions and decisions to make, and Jerry was happy to call and text to help us out. After our estimate, we decided to go with a product that was a little less per sq ft and of course he dropped our price a few grand. Very honest and transparent when a lot of people aren't. When it came time to demo and install, the crew arrived on time on the day scheduled, and finished right on time the day before we moved in as planned, and hauled everything away. We highly recommend Saddleback for all of your flooring needs!

Using Saddleback Carpet & Flooring and working with Jerry and his fantastic team was the best decision we ever made when it came time to remodel our home. The entire team took great care of our space and worked tirelessly to achieve results day in and day out. Along the way we also decided to upgrade various fixtures and plumbing, which they were happy to accommodate as part of the process. After our floors were done we were really taken back at how they transformed the look of our home.We were so pleased with the floors and workmanship that we also decided to use Saddleback to update our kitchen counters. The process could not have been smoother and I appreciated all of the recommendations and input that Jerry provided, as I was guided towards picking out the perfect set of slabs.Saddleback Carpet & Flooring transformed our home from a dated 1970's vibe to a modern and beautiful space. Saddleback did a great job installing the carpet at our house and were great to work with, they let us take home a bunch of samples that we had picked out in their store so we could see how they looked against the paint in our house and then picked them up for us when they came to measure before giving us a written estimate of the cost.

If only every home improvement company were like Jerry, Lisenthe and Saddleback Carpet. I came to Jerry on a strong recommendation as I am very leary of hiring any home improvement company due to horror stories about most of them. Jerry's teams are extremely professional and know exactly what they are doing. No fudging. Jerry and the in store employee, Lisenthe are super communicative, have very competitive pricing, are timely and honor all commitments. Anyone needing kitchen updates with countertops and backsplash as I did would be well served to contact Saddleback Carpet. It's not just carpet and flooring! I am delighted. Thanks Jerry.

Saddleback Carpet and Flooring did an excellent job on our carpet installation. In fact, the entire experience could not have been better. From looking at the samples to the installation everyone was helpful and professional. The crew that did the installation was terrific. They were friendly, professional, and they answered any questions we had. They worked hard and efficiently, and always wanted to make sure we were happy with their work before they left. They did an amazing job and we could not be happier. I definitely recommend them.

We shopped around for months and finally stubbled upon Saddleback Carpet & Flooring. The customer service from Jerry and Michael have been incredible! They went out of their way to make us happy. Quality and price were top notch! We redid flooring in the entire house and couldn’t be more pleased with the company and products we chose! Jerry and his team are amazing! I went in without a clue of what I wanted and Jerry took the time to show me samples and move them around on the showroom floor so I could see them in different lighting. I appreciated that he encouraged me to take my favorites home to test them out before making my decision. He stayed in touch throughout the process and even worked with me to return my extra boxes of flooring. The new flooring makes my condo look brand new feel more like my own. I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Saddleback Carpet and Flooring!

The owner Jerry is fantastic and the customer service is some of the best I have had with a business in a long time. They really take the time to make sure they explain all the different types of flooring's and also helped me get the best product with the budget I have to remodel with.
